It's a Mower Party--Just Because!

After spending the day at my grandparents' house, we went that night to have a party with my Mom's brother, Boyd, and his family.

But first, here's one more picture from Grandma's house of my Mom and Jaisie on Grandma's couch.

We always love to get together with my Mower cousins to eat and visit.

The kids kept themselves entertained by climbing this pole all night.  Jayden, Shelisa and Ben's son, was the first one to climb it all the way to the ceiling.  Keslee (Jayden's sister), Cooper, and Jaisie all watched in awe.  Calvin had no real desire to be like these crazy kids, but was instead happily playing with the toys.

Not to be outdone, Cooper soon started trying to climb the pole.  He eventually made it all the way to the top.  It must be about 10 feet high, so no small feat.  He was so excited, and wanted to help Keslee do it, which he did.  He was even more excited that he helped Keslee succeed, than about reaching the top himself.

It's fun to have my cousins have kids my kids' age.  Calvin and Cooper are cousins, and Jayden is their second cousin.  Calvin and Jayden are about a week apart in age, and Cooper is 7 months younger than them.  They are three peas on a pod--crazy, cute, boys!
